The perfect choice as your home away from home in the Caribbean. Our location can’t be beat, oceanfront and overlooking the dazzling waters of the Caribbean and also on the Philipsburg boardwalk, home to world-class shopping, dining and activities.

Inside Sea Palace, you’ll find all the high-end comforts of home. Every room boasts private glass balconies, kitchens outfitted with high-efficiency, stainless steel appliances, bathrooms designed with stone tiled walk in showers and the highest quality of detail put into every inch. Our one and two bedroom units have washers and dryers in the unit.

The resort has spacious, condo sized units in three types of units; studio, one bedroom and two bedroom. We also offer waterfront beach chairs and towels complimentary to all of our guests.

Sea Palace Resort is a very handicapped friendly resort with a ramp at our front door and easy access to the beach. Onsite we have an ice machine, snack room, best shopping in the Caribbean right outside our doors and only steps to the beautiful Caribbean.

Sea Palace Resort is does not have ADA accessible areas.

We are located at 147 Front Street in Philipsburg on Sint Maarten, or as we like to call it- the perfect place. Perfectly situated right along the ocean and the Philipsburg boardwalk, where cruise ships dock we are just steps away from everything you can imagine. World-class, duty-free shopping. Water sports. Scuba trips. Beach. Dazzling water. Delicious dining. Nightlife.

Sint Maarten/St. Martin is well-known as being the only island in the Caribbean with two different governing countries. We are located in the capital of the Dutch side, Sint Maarten, but only a short ride around to the different culture found on the French side.

Philipsburg is a wonderful home base for a Sint Maarten vacation. Close enough to daily activities that mean a rental car is not required, but central enough that anything the island has to offer is close by.

Getting Around:

The Sint Maarten airport (SXM) is a quick 15 minutes from Sea Palace, or about $20 USD cab ride. Since we are located in the capital city, parking can be tight and hard to find so a rental car is not recommended. Many tour companies will pick up at the resort and cabs are easy to find and affordable options to get around the whole island. Not to mention, we are close enough to so many activities you may never want to leave the area, or your balcony!
