Situated less than one mile from a UTA Park ‘N Ride lot, where guests can easily catch the free city bus or hop on the SLC Express for just a few dollars, our off-the-beaten- path location still provides easy access to all of the things that make Park City great, while allowing our guests to live like a Park City local during their stay. Resort & Unit Amenities:

Our facilities include a heated outdoor pool and hot tub (available year round), dry sauna, exercise room, arcade/game room, vending machines and BBQ grills; these are all located near the Clubhouse. We also have a variety of sports courts on our grounds, including a volleyball court, tennis courts, and a basketball hoop. Equipment for these courts is available in our office.

The Park City ski area is Utah’s largest, offering more than 100 designated trails, bowls, and slopes Long before Park City became a world class mountain resort it was famous as a silver mining town, and boasts a lively and colorful past. The mining company itself started the ski business in 1963, when they built the first lifts on what was then called Treasure Mountain. While you’re in the area, be sure to take advantage of the 76 golf courses located near the resort. Horseback riding and hunting are also available Park City is lined with fine restaurants, saloons, and quaint shops.
