Woodstone at Massanutten is a major East Coast destination resort, providing everything a family could want in a Four Season vacation experience.  Woodstone is part of The Great Eastern family of Shenandoah Valley Resorts on the Massanutten Mountainside. Two types of lodging accommodations in the Woodstone community, which are condominium timeshares at  Woodstone Meadows and Woodstone Casa de Campo. Considered the “top-of-the-line” units at Massanutten, Woodstone Meadows offers four-bedroom units sleeping up to 12 people.  These holiday rental units can be used as one huge 4BR condo, or separated into two two-bedroom units, with full privacy. Woodstone was built in the townhouse style and is outside of the “kettle”, yet very close to the Woodstone Meadows Golf Course and Woodstone Recreation Center. Woodstone at Massanutten is the newest resort area features the unit configuration known as Casa de Campo (Spanish for Country House).  These condo vacation rentals are two-bedroom units, and can house up to 8 people.  Much like the Meadows units, Casa de Campo villas can be locked out to two 1BR units, each sleeping 4 people.  These condo vacation rentals are outside of the “Kettle” and proximate to the Woodstone Recreation Center and Woodstone Meadows Golf Course. Woodstone features a major recreation building and fitness center, which also doubles as the check-in facility for Massanutten Resort.  This facility’s description: Woodstone Recreation Center has both a heated indoor shallow water activity pool, and a heated outdoor 25-meter free-form pool with a children’s shallow section including a raindrop feature.  There is an additional seasonal outdoor pool on the other side of the Woodstone development area.  Towels are provided at the front desk of the recreational complex. Drinking water is permitted at the indoor pool. The center also contains a fitness room with stair steppers, treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, nautilus stations, dumbbells and more. Inside the recreation center you will also find a game room, hot tub, steam and sauna rooms, locker rooms, and the “Kid Rec” Department. Outside the center is a tennis court with night lighting, a picnic area, a basketball court and a children’s playground. The recreation center is open daily from 9 AM to 9 PM with an early 8 AM opening time for the fitness room. Access to Woodstone is obtained by showing your Resort ID, which is arranged for at check-in. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older while using the facility. A tradition of excellence continues at Eagle Trace at Massanutten. With two quad chairlifts and a vertical drop of 1,110 feet, Massanutten’s ski area offers a thrilling challenge for downhill skiers and snowboarders. Also on site, enjoy two extensive sports complexes with an indoor pool, gymnasium, racquetball courts, exercise equipment, steam room, sauna, massage services, and children’s programs. The Massanutten Water Park offers endless wet fun, and was recently rated among the Top 10 WaterParks in the US by MSN.  Surf The Pipeline, drop the kids off at The Frog Pond or Shenandoah Cove, run the Blue Ridge Rapids, dare to ride the tube or body slides.  Take a turn at our ice skating complex.
