Breezy Point features a swimming pool with a water slide, a kiddie pool, a hot tub and sauna, a gymnasium with aerobic and strength-training equipment, a craft and activity area, and a lounge. The Pelican Center, the main office of the resort, has Internet access and is open year-round for your convenience. Admission to the facility is secure and only accessible with proper identification. Breezy Point does not allow pets. There are ten distinct associations within the resort, and the unit configurations vary greatly within each one. Breezy Point is located on the western edge of Big Pelican Lake. The area offers year-around activities for your enjoyment include golfing, boating, swimming, fishing, and biking. Snowmobiling, ice fishing, and cross-country skiing are the main winter activities. There are 10 individual Timeshare Owners Associations that are a part of Breezy Point Timeshare. Although some of units may be similar, each association has its own unique features. You may visit the Associations page to look at each of these associations. Narveson Management Inc. (NMI) has been contracted to care for the properties and members of the associations. As the management company, they are responsible for all operations of the resort including: maintenance of the grounds and units, housekeeping, front desk, reservations, and accounting. In addition to Breezy Point Timeshare, NMI also manages The Village at Izaty’s and Izaty’s Townhouse Association on Mille Lacs Lake, North Beach Resort in Park Rapids and Causeway on Gull in Nisswa, as well as several other homeowners associations. NMI is the product and vision of CEO, Neal Narveson and his now retired partner CFO, Tom Turk, and was founded in 1998, in Breezy Point, Minnesota. Neal is now the sole shareholder of NMI and has an extensive background in timeshare and condominium management, accounting and finance, and general resort management services. Aside from timeshare management, NMI is also involved in hotel operations, restaurant operations, and real estate development. However, property management contracts make up the majority of their workload and are their primary corporate focus.Pelican Bay:
